ROS LIKES:

Have you tried wonderful Wayfare Foods Products? They make a great line of gluten and dairy-free dips "sour cream" and other items. I really like their Mexi-Cheddar Style dip. Yum! They use a base of oats - yes higher glycemic than some things- but a tasty change from bean-based dips. Didn't find on Amazon so check your local co-op or healthfood store. Enjoy with some veggies & gluten free crackers/tortilla chips!

The Eat-Clean Diet Recharged by Tosca Reno.

This book follows many of the ideas behind the RAD diet. You can guess that by the title! The thing I really like about it is it allows you to go in stages. It tells you why it is good for you and includes motivational tips. It covers exercise, hydration, eating out and more. It includes diet guidelines for different "where I'm at" stages. There is a "just sticking my toe in" all the way to the "I'm gung-ho and following ALL the guidelines!". There are also guidelines for families and for those on gluten-free or vegan diets. There are also about 100 pages of yummy sounding recipes.

I find it easy to read and follow and hope that you will, too!

There is also a separate cook book and a family cook book. All are available on Amazon. Remember you get free shipping with a purchase of $25 or more AND a portion of your purchase will come back to us to be used for Dercum's education and research.

I found an awesome book!
Skinny Bitch in the Kitch: Kick-Ass Recipes for Hungry Girls Who Want to Stop Cooking Crap (and Start Looking Hot!)  Rory Freedman , Kim Barnouin
The things I liked about it are: 1) if you are starting a diet for RAD and aren't too aware of what ingredients to use or even what they are,  it tells you what the ingredients are and how they are used and 2) there are some tasty recipes.

Big Boss Juicer, 700W 18,000 RPM
After much research, this is the juicer I am going to order from Amazon. It has the best reviews for a starter juicer. There are barely, if any, flaws from reading an abundance of reviews. It is cost effective for those persons just starting out juicing.  The next one for a professional juicer would be a Breville brand juicer. That came highly recommended from my brother and sister in law. It costs about $300.00.
This juicer comes with free shipping from Amazon. Remember - if you buy it there, a percent of the sale is donated to CureDercum's for education and research.

Method Products:  They are natural and are affordable and better than that they actually work.  I have asthma and I never have issues with breathing when I use Method Products.  Just remember the toxins that are building up in our bodies are not only from food!
