- Meat: chicken and fish, no beef/ other meats
- No dairy - try cocnut yogurt/ice cream
- No hydrogenated oils
- No processed foods
- Low glycemic foods
- Careful with soy
- Increase omega-3 fatty acids
- No aspartame
- No MSG
- No alcohol
I definitely don't follow all of it but I have tried to be much more conscious about the ingredients in what I eat. Hope it gives you some guidelines in what is good and bad.
